Leads and Shoots can have as many "dates" as you'd like. For example, a wedding may have an "Engagement Session", a "Pre-Wedding Meeting", the wedding itself (called the "Shoot Date") and a "Post-Wedding Meeting".

When you add a date for a Lead or Shoot, not only are they added to your calendar, but they're also available for your client to see in their client portal, so it's a great way to keep them organized.

Every Lead or Shoot has a main primary date, which is called the Shoot Date. This is the date that shows up as the calendar icon on the Lead or Shoot list page and the Lead or Shoot overview page.

How to view all dates for a Lead or Shoot

Go to the Lead or Shoot > Dates & Tasks page to view all of the dates for a Lead or Shoot.

How to add a date for a Lead or Shoot

There are two ways to add a date for a Lead or Shoot:

  1. Go to the Lead or Shoot > Overview page, click the "+" button. bottom left of the page, and click the "Date" button.

  2. Go to the Lead or Shoot > Dates + Tasks page and click the "Add New" button at the top of the page.

How to edit a date for a Lead or Shoot

To edit a date for a Lead or Shoot, go to the Lead or Shoot > Dates & Tasks page and click the date you'd like to edit.

How to edit the Shoot date for a Lead or Shoot

There are three ways to edit the Shoot date for a Lead or Shoot:

  1. Go to the Lead or Shoot List page and click the date for the Shoot you'd like to edit.

  2. Go to the Lead or Shoot > Overview page and click the calendar icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Go to the Lead or Shoot > Dates page and click "Edit" next to the Shoot date.

Note: A Shoot date cannot be deleted, as one is required for every Lead or Shoot. It can only be set to TBD.
