In a Sprout Studio Gallery, in addition to being able to sell prints, you can also sell other products, services, and packages to your clients. These additional items can be any product or service in your price list that you make available for purchase.

In a gallery, these products or services can be for:

  • A specific photo (i.e. a thank-you card, additional retouching, etc.)

  • Multiple photos (i.e. a wall collage, a portrait book, a wedding album, etc.)

  • Not for a photo at all (i.e. a gift certificate, an additional session, etc.)

How to sell products and services in a gallery

To sell products and services in a gallery, you must first add a price list to the gallery. Select one of your price lists in the "Price List" dropdown in the "Selling" panel while editing a gallery. Go to Settings > Pricing > Price Lists to create, edit and manage your price lists.

Note: Make sure you have the Shop turned on in your Price list.

How to sell Packages in a Gallery

Adding and selling packages works similarly to adding in your Products and Services. When a Package is added, all of the items within that package are added to the Gallery. It will inherit all of the images required and quantities that were assigned in your Price List

Note: Make sure you have the Shop turned on in your Price list.

How your client orders products and services in a gallery

While viewing a gallery, your client can click the "Shop" button on the top right of the gallery to order all products and services. It will show your products/services as well as your print and digital options.

Your client can also click the "Order" button in the bottom-right corner of the image to order a smaller offering of items. This will only display prints and digital files available for purchase.
