How to enable email tracking
Go to Settings > Account & Branding > Preferences and turn the "Track Emails" toggle to ON. This will track the activity on every email sent from within Sprout Studio.
How to see if your email has been viewed
There are two ways to tell if your client has viewed your email after turning email tracking on:
On the Lead/Shoot Overview page in the "Client Activity" widget.
On the Email List page (either the global emails list or Lead/Shoot specific list) under the "Seen" column.
Note: Any emails sent before this feature was turned on will not show any tracking information.
